First 6 comments above crying and weeping over Buhari's instruction to mtn to reduce data prices. I'm sure next 20 comments will not be different. Even this my post will be quoted at least 10 times, all still crying over same instruction.

Yet, 100s of threads have been created, all sheding tears about how "Buhari's bmc" have taken over nairaland.

I sometimes wonder if logic has been commoditized at a very exorbitant price that it is not affordable.

I am an avid user of MTN, Honestly MTN serves me well and their data is very fair in terms of pricing and their 4G is extremely fast.
I was so impressed with their network services that I had to go on Twitter to send them a message telling them I appreciate their services, this was before the twitter ban.

So I don't support this at all. Nigeria economy is extremely difficult for doing business and MTN are really trying.

Reducing data isn't the issues, why not reduce fuel pump price, and let there be steady power supply and see how this economy would move fast.

MTN spend millions of naira to keep their services running imagine how much they would save in terms of operation costs if the price of fuel was reduced and there's constant light.

It's same for other business that rely on power.

I don't support this move at all.
