baba ijesa should have an advocate and if the ideal thing is to be done, there must be testaments and evidences in the court witnessed by lawyers from both sides. e.g statement of age and act from the girl (witnesses, class mates or d.o.b e.t.c). what i am saying in essence is that it's not a one way traffic, just have a good advocate.
