My mum is priceless. She has been there for us through thin and thick.
I wish I can be able to buy a chicken for her to celebrate tomorrow Sunday. I haven't been able to do that since I am currently out of jobs.

..A recent overwhelming act by my Mom!

....when i made up my mind to undergo fibroids surgery last year, unfortunately, hubby just settled our rent so we had notin on us, & it was lockdown period, so loan from his workplace was unaccessible.
My joy knew no bound when someone (without even asking) promised to be of help, but just few days to the given date, story changed!
Humans ain't God!...hence, we promise & fail!!!

Twas such a 'downtime' for me, as I became depressed more than ever before...Wud cry everyday!
MY MUM rose to the call!
Not that d money was there, but she just wanted to see me happy!...
Satan struck again, (d 2nd time) as d loan she applied for wasnt forthcoming, but she made sure the date the doc fixed (this time) didn't change.
Momma went borrowing from diff sources, deposited, & d surgery commenced.
She even balanced up bfr I got discharged (evn tho we cud be dschargd wt half payment as we knw someone on d inside)
How she did it, I really dnt know (teary!)
....Hubby promised me he's gonna refund every kobo, but up till date, we haven't. cheesy
But, God wl help us.!
I just wanna use this medium to THANK GOD for crowning her great efforts with "instant result"!!!

My mum had partial stroke but she's better now. Dad is late. So it was she (while recovering) that single handedly trained me thru school but I'm still unemployed for now but hoping on God. The 4k will help in buying her drugs and also feeding. Thanks cc Igbowoman

I'm still a student and I lost my mum some years back. It my grandma that had been doing a lot for me as a mum. She has been helpful for me though she's poor but doing her best, I will be happy to do a little thing with your giveaway to her(cook a delicious food for her tomorrow by myself & stock the house with the rest) so she'd know I appreciate all her efforts on me(I promise). Nne biko, echefulam.
Mama had cataract operation last year, even though money no dey we tried our best so it could be done. She is about to go for another check up this month which is every 2 months. We stay in Lagos and she did the operations in Ogun, she could not meet up last appointment. So I promised her not so send me money for feeding this month, I am a student, she should try and go for her check up.
Her appointed date is on Tuesday, please I wish I can add to the little she has, I don't want any more excuses.

She has tried alot, I don't know what she doesn't put herself first, even when it matters the most to her especially when we her children are involved.

Lost my mum last year December 13 precisely. Ever since I knew I had lost a confidant. A real mother who could sacrifice her life for the betterment of her children.
Just got a job about three months ago after several months of joblessness and I'm still battling to clear the accrued bills but my madam doesn't seem to understand, if I can just get that amount it will go a long way to at least get her own provision to further improve her look as I want to presume she is my mother after my mum demise.
