I am not Samson's fan neither his apologist how ever, laws doesn't play out the way you think, it looks at your technicality and facts that can be substantiated. The punishment was too harsh on Siasia. He did not fix any match and did not get any monetary benefit from the deal. His only crime was communicating with the Indian guy. A fine would have been appropriate instead of the ban. 1 Like |

But since Siasia and the Australian club ciuld not agree on personal terms on the coaching job, then Siasia and the Singaporean agent had another means of communication, because they solidly communicated. Which means serious incriminating hidden communications which led to Siasia negoting at all with the club. The fact that the deal did nit work is not enough to exonerate Siasia.
