No bro, don’t be sad, it’s would be over soon!! As long as is for holding!! Cheer up!!

Although, I would have suggested if BTC would dip to 30k$, You should have sold when it’s was 33k$ or 32k$ and rebuying and add more to your wallet!!

Like, buying Sol at 29$ when btc is 32k$, sold your sol and buy when btc is 30k$ and get sol at 25$ or 20$ as some people and me say. Though as long as you’re for holding long. Cheer up.. I do strategize this dip, I can’t be losing so much! I can’t be marry to coin. Never.. if i buy sol at 25$ and I see that is going to 20$, I would sold at 25$ and buy at 20$ in other for me to hold more coins. Hope you get my little secret.. though you’re also major to this game.. so do what’s best for you bro.... all in all, cheer up...

When things are getting back to normal, the majors will be the one to rise out slowly but fast.....people will be taking their money away from shitcoins and putting it in majors, leaving majority of shitcoins; if not all, to die out completely....Later on, exchanges will be delisting shitcoins from their exchange, since they no longer have liquidity and are no more hot investment especially the CEX.......I feel really sad for newbies who out of ignorance invested a lot of their money in shitcoins, cause they are going down with it, like the Titanic!!!! The market since last time out as not change at all, only the names of what we are buying have changed, people are still doing the same....The cycle is been played out all over again!!!!!! In conclusion,
Never chase greens!
Never chase shitcoins!

Good morning folks,

Please I need an honest advice from well established traders and hodlers of cryptocurrency. I intend investing asap however, following the recent downturn of the market, I'm beginning to develop cold feet. Please I'll like to know, is it still advisable to invest in crypto at this time?

Thanks in advance

I seriously doubt Nigerians buy more crypto than China

Mining being banned is bullish - creates more scarcity

The China ban portends more Govt regulation around the globe. The reasons they gave are valid reasons and goals of any stable society and rhymes with warnings given out by other central banks

What valid reason? The same reasons of volatility, aiding criminal activites and enviromental effects. All these reasons have been countered appropriately.

The FUD narrative is been put in put faces. A country announced its adoption, another country announced clampdown, yet the market reacted only to negative news.

Then you have billionaires like Ray Dalio, Paul Tudor and other co adding to their portfolio. Microstartegy borrowed money to buy almost 500m worth of btc. Why are they buying more despite impending regulation?

Levels I'm watching...
On eith... 1750, 1450, 1200
Link.... 15, 12.5
Ada.... 1, 0.8.... Ada has held 1 for so long.... Below 1, it could easily get dirty..

Betece.... If it dips below 30k, there's a potential for a bounce at 28-29k... Eitherway, if a dip happens, I'd only be interested in buying from 25k below or a reclaim of 30k if it doesn't dip to low 25k...
If things don't break, I'd wait for a reclaim of 33.5k -34k on betece

No rush... In such conditions, having free fiat is key

Still on betece...and reason why I'm waiting...

Currently, it's having have the 4th test of 30k.... There are definitely stops below these levels and wouldn't surprise me if the market goes for them

Three scenarios I'm looking at;

A- a bounce off this level... A sustainable rally from here without taking the lows out seems less likely to me at this stage... But then, a short squeeze to 34k ish before further selloff seems more likely

B- dip below 30k to 28.5k ish and then reclaim of 30k... If this happens, I'd target an entry on a retest of 30k

C- breakdown below 30k and further rejection off 30k leading to a capitulation.... This would be the most brutal... If this happens, I'd target 25k to start scaling in on long-term buys....

Still patiently waiting...
Betece would usually respect structure... And as we've seen, 30k has showed it's significance... I don't want to be trapped on the wrong side of that level...

If i tell you not to invest, how will i be able to exit the market @ a minimal loss. People like you needs to come in and catch the falling knife, so that there will be a dead cat bounce for some people to exit the market @ a minimal loss.

That's not the main reason. The main reason was the last one they gave - economic stability. No country will want a good portion of it's populace putting their savings into speculative instruments. Savings levels are how central banks set their monetary policies, reducing interest rates to incentivise spending when the velocity of money is low, and increasing interest rates when the economy is in danger of overheating due to inflation. Policy makers will not want too much savings invested in crypto rather than oiling the real economy.

Come on man.

Your first link talks about percentage of population not value of money invested and shows 7% of Chinese use Crypto Vs 33% of Nigerians. First China population is more than 5 times Nigerias, secondly they don't do low value Naira transactions like Nigerians. I guarantee you that China is the second largest Crypto market after USA in dollar trade volume.

The second link is talking about Nigeria being the 2nd highest country on Paxful with $566m in trades in 2020. That's just Paxful, one application out of hundreds. Crypto trading volume over a year runs into the tens of trillions so Nigerians $566m in trades over a year on paxful is hardly worthwhile evidence.

China's crackdown on Bitcoin has been happening for years.

The narrative has always been the same.

That one is nobody's business, when everybody is shorting the market, you short with them, when everybody is longing, you long with them, when everybody exit the market, you exit with them and when it's time to resume the market, we all do meeting and we resume the market.

When everybody is shouting carry it, carry it and you didn't join them to carry it, definitely they ll dump it @ your backyard.

We are missing a very important point. Who are the biggest buyers of crypt0? It is traders not miners that move prices. Nigerians trade more crypt0 than china. If China is clamping down on mining, miners would move to crypto friendly countries to continue their biz. Which would even decentralize mining further. Every nation is in a race to release a digital currency, but it does not guarantee the anonymity which crypt0s give. It is not developed on a blcokchain. So the demand for crypt0s would still be there. What i find interesting is that institutional investirs and billionaires are staking Beiteicee and Ethiy right now despite the price decline. That should tell u something.

As far back as 2016,institutional investors have been investing in btc, they ll not tell you before them dump their bag and take profit.

Lol, when they tell you that hold, don't sell and someone announcing on twitter that he has bought more btc during the dip and promised not to sell, don't think that they love you that much ooo, everybody is just trying to protect his/her investment.

They already had a target to sell @ so so price, but unfortunately price didn't get there before a trend reversal and they don't want to sell until they get their targeted price. If everybody keep selling price will continue to tank. The remaining option left for them is to start cajoling others not to sell.

The person who announced on twitter that he bought more btc and didn't intend to sell. Help me ask him, is btc an ornament meant for decoration? Everything is just Lamba. That announcement is just to make everybody to feel @ ease and not to panic. When Tesla bought btc, musk announced. When he sold part of it, did he make any announcement?
