It is not about Iranians having freedom of speech.
The Iranian Government's action of banning and preventing any private news media or TV stations from operating in the country and ensuring that the Government operates all news media is the major violation of freedom of speech! Their Government news media are therefore nothing more than propaganda machines and should not elicit any sympathy when it is disrupted or shutdown!

You cannot deny your people their fundamental rights to free speech and then cry when you are told to shut up!
