The same thing foolish Igbos were saying during the tenure of the Orjis. When Ikpeazu miserable years with nothing to sure in the first 4 years goes away n one or two substandard road to curing election vote in the next you will understand how many more bus with refuge will depart Igboland.

Franking:
Ikpeazu is the man. If Orji Uzor Kalu and Theodore Orji did half of what Ikpeazu is doing Aba would have been greater.

Thank u, Ikpeazu.

That endsar pain them to well ... walai , especially that Tinubu man..

He’s plan failed.. he wanted to throw igbos in.. immediately the north accused him of sponsoring the violence... which he actually sponsored.
Part of the reason Buhari go real upset with him.. he forgot the federal government has all information they need.

Lai Mohammed keep happing that it was IPOB.. but the Cpc wing of Apc already got information need ..
rest Na window dressing.

Social media and internet Na the greatest undoing of Yoruba propaganda.. and people are beginning to travel around since the advent of democracy

Yoruba can’t wake to dish rubbish to anyone again

Even the NBS statistics is not forthcoming like it used to..

Once is come ... their moral go high again.. but we’re waiting cheesy

Social media spoil work for plenty people

Do you know how many roads that guy has done in the whole of Abia state?
Besides Lagos is on a pedestal of its own.Prior to this guy,Aba had only 2 good roads abegi, let peeps in Aba rejoice if the want.
Ngwa road was as bad as a road could get for over 12 years now.Once Arab contractors finish up the work on Aba section of Enugu-ph road,to allow the completion of the osisioma Flyover, peeps in Aba can now enjoy sweet movement in and out of the city.
He is doing well

Have you given Tinubu credit for raising Lagos IGR from less than a billion to the trillion it is now or if he had chosen to be senseless n hopeless like every lunatic that governed Abia n presently governing Abia you will be here to talk about financial profile or do you not know Lagos was generating less than 1 billion in IGR before Obasanjo seized it allocation.

RemoteHQ:

You can't compare the financial profile or Lagos to other states. Use your sense, Omoluabi

once Arab contractors are done with the Enugu-ph road (Aba section) the flyover is good to go, that's why that flyover is yet to be completed ,because the Enugu -ph road aba section comes with modifications (road height). But if truly you're anywhere in Aba,you will know this.

someone who built this and hundreds more of roads in Abia isn't a failure

After you people will fill the gutter with dirths.

Nonsense

This is perculiar to many areas where there are major market, Ojo LGA in Lag has Alaba market and Ojo is very dirty . Ngwa road has more than 4 major markets ( Cemetery market, ahia ohuru (new market), Good morning market, Building material at Ngwa road by Mosque, Lister/mikano market by Asa Rd)

What the government need to do is to improve sanitation within and around Ngwa. Though Ngwa road is dirty, all the major commercial banks in Nigeria have their branch(es) in Ngwa road, they will go to length to continue doing business because all of them reeks millions on daily basis at Ngwa road.

The government need to improve sanitation within and around Ngwa road

When you see a Yoruba in east in particular... they’re always humble and scary.. there’s this fear..
they don’t even speak Yoruba so that you don’t identify them..
Their sins are after them.

Yoruba people always judge people from their Yoruba myopic lens..
They believe everything is based on how Yoruba see a things.. this is as a result of tribalism
They left their states and villages for Lagos.. leaving behind ghosted cites and deserted environment
You see them come around and say east is deserted... reason why igbos travels to Lagos..they use themselves to compare others, while in their oyo villages

These are the roads he should have started after his first inauguration.

Obasanjo did not seize Lagos allocation but withheld LGA allocation because the state created local government on its own.
Check how much those states were making as igr and compair it to what is obtainable today and see that they have made massive progress in that area.
You have never visited ABA or anypart of abia state, you have no reason to argue cos you don't have facts

So he is doing everything to fix Aba because next Governor fit know fix am. He is trying nowadays. He is one of the best Governor Abia has produced. He touch every community. Some people will focus on capital but he work both villages and cities. He is really trying . If you are not Nwa Aba and not currently in Aba don't quote me. He have lay the foundation, other governors will start where he stopped. It happened in Lagos. Fashola laid the foundation and the story is what lagosian is enjoying.

Lol! You know most of them never leave their backyard.

Some who ever do, only travel to Lagos and then they carry on the narrative of Igboland that can be best described as a folklore spread during the war.

If they ever came to, Onitsha, Aba, Owerri, they will be so ashamed of themselves and how ignorant they have been all along.

Maybe he corrected it in his friends bank accounts not in Abia State I know or even Aba that even the blind is crying because of bad roads.

What pains me most is that Aba has a lot of potentials to generate huge revenue yet these governments are visionless to harness it

Some of you are like one way traffic. You show us a picture of a road eg Ngwa Road when it was at its worst state, but now it is being fixed and somebody says that something is happening there to improve on the status quo, you get offended and come up with insults and curses. Cursing our leaders on the social media doesn't make us great at all, instead it portrays us as a people without culture. South East is virtually the only geopolitical zone in Nigeria where their people come on social media to call their leaders fools and other unprintable names. Let me shock you, if you have the privilege of travelling around the country, you would understand that SE is not and has never been the worst governed zone in Nigeria. Even Lagos that you prefer to refer, what is their IGR, beside countless federal interventions aside been a former seat of government of the federation. Then I ask , are there world class institutions in Lagos? Are LASU and LASUTH world class? Has LASG been able to extend pipe borne water to every home which is a basic need of citizens?

Your last paragraph is true. Most of the people saying things just repeat what some else told them. They are very lazy to think for themselves.

Arab contractors just did a road across elekpe to mgbodu (ikorodu) .it rained very heavily and the road got flooded with brown water in minutes.
My thoughts began to run on the videos that would have trended on YouTube if it was Aba or anywhere else in the East.
Only those without travel exposure will downplay the progress going on in the SE
