He will be competing directly with Neves and no way Wolves will let a good player of theirs like Neves depreciate in value on the bench while appreciating the value of a Chelsea loanee. No they don't. You simply look at whether they have good players in those positions and even if your player is better, they will not give your player minutes over their own prospect. He should fit in nicely at Norwich as Norwich have no standout DM.

Also the players you mentioned (Sakho, Lukaku) cost millions to loan and were done with a view to a purchase, which is a financial commitment they must get utility from, unlike a young player like Gilmour.

I don't see Belgium going all the way to win it with the way they're playing currently there are visible cracks that a team like Portugal, Croatia, Denmark, Germany and spain will exploit, they dont have midfield controller and their center backs are slow, add to the the fact that they're playing wingers as wingbacks.
