Before Nairaland oversabis will come for my head. Yes I know likes can't be converted to money. But it's still an indication of the extent to which people agree with your comments and enjoy what you posted. People that post rubbish don't get likes.

And let's face it, intrinsically we humans place some value on likes and followers and all that stuff. Even if we publicly claim they mean nothing, something in us enjoys the feeling of having more likes on our social media posts.
