AntiChristian:No, in my language they have a word for God, as do other languages, ancient and mordern. But you don't see any of us using them here because we are all speaking English. Allah is not a name, it simply means God in a language we are not speaking on this platform. |

November1857:Of course, Nigeria is poor (said it many times on NL)… But it could use/manage its limited resources MUCH BETTER! Nigeria’s greatest poverty is that of vision and ideas. SMH > |

BrazilAirport:Basically we are poor because the source of our revenue has been agriculture, minerals and crude oil. Which all have one thing in common....we don't control the prices of these three things. They are set in London, Paris and New York At the end of the day, most of the time, the price falls below the level that can sustain us, therefore we must take loans to make up the difference. Our growing populaiton also makes things difficult. More people, more mouths to feed Meanwhile, rich countries are also industrial countries, who make things to sustain people...and who crucially control the price of what they make. COutnries like Gemany, USA, and even China and Japan |

Wickedtruths:Bros. How's work and family? I love Tinubu's bravery...but what's your take ? Do you think he can still swing it? He's being openly confrontational. I heard he said Buhari failed point-blank. Which is 100% fact. I know Buhari hasn't done him any favours and maybe that's why he doesn't feel obliged to be polite. But do you think he can still win? |
