Who else is having issues opening Facebook and Nairaland?

I've tried opening Nairaland with a VPN and it's working perfectly.

Is this another phase of social media regulation?

NOTE: I use Airtel.

I'm currently using Opera mini both both on my phone and PC to do stuff on Facebook and Nairaland simultaneously and without VPN.
