@ Justwise and those who have filled child dependent visa, pls help answer I beg. Since the child is using the mother’s bank statement, a consent form was downloaded from the child’s application. Will the 3 parts of the consent be filled and signed by the mother?



Was kind of confused also because I didn't get to download that for my son's process. I made used of letters written and signed by myself and he got his visa.
Is it a new process or are you using the right link or it could be what you filled on the application.

@justwise and all, pls if someone was refused US visa in oct but since he couldn’t find the document for the refusal so he or she entered September but the year is correct. Do I need to put a letter to explain ?

But I want to pay 3000 pounds from my other account as part of school fees. And I intend to still leave the 20, 000 pounds in my main account that I will use for POF. Do you think that will fly or I'm I suppose to have had all the 22,800 in the main account since the start,then pay from there??

Since you're not paying the deposit from the matured fund (POF), you're good to go. Hope the exchange rate used for the £20,000 has a reasonable rebate for naira fluctuation?

It is okay, just make sure the school acknowledge the new payment with evidence that u can upload during ur application

At the moment, I strongly advice against this as you’ll need to apply for an air port transit visa even if you’re not stepping out of the airport. This can’t be done online so you have to use VFS and go for biometrics.
It’s not worth it (my opinion) I booked virgin. BA is a good option as well.

It is titled AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND SAME PERSON.

I made an erroneous mistake of investing in some institution thinking that the statement from them can be used. I am not even allowed to withdraw or take out at all till like September. Now my resumption is on October 12. This therefore means that the maturity of my 28days POF rule( if am to start in sept) and subsequent application is like 2 days to resumption.

Now the thing is if am to do priority with say 7 days Max for visa processing. This means that the visa will come out say 5 days after school resumption.

Can this lead to a visa denial? with the VO seeing that the school must have resumed prior to my visa application coming out. Is this advisable?

Or should i just defer the whole thing to next year October 2022, since there is no option for February 2022 intake for my course.

Go and do age declaration and send to your school before the issuance of CAS.

I am using my father's bank statement as Proof of Funds to get CAS. My "middle name" as stated on my birth certificate is different to what I'm using now on all certificates including my passport. The one on my passport and draft CAS is the correct one.

I hope it won't be a problem when I request CAS and apply for visa.
