Good morning to u all I just bought a new redmi note 10. I can say it has been a seamless experience, but I'm having this particular issue whenever I'm using another app let's say Twitter the screen will suddenly go blank and then the screen will on back again showing my phone homepage. Though this doesn't happen all the time,but it makes me worried

Force restart several time next time you want to update download full ROM instead of an Incremental update.

@genius43 I just got a RN 10pro and updated to 12.5.1 out of the box. However, my gesture navigation doesn't work after activating. And no, I haven't applied a tampered glass. Wanted to if you or any one experienced this and if there's a way to correct this

Gestures have nothing to do with tempered glass.

If you are using a Third party launcher it won't work because most of them haven't aligned with Android 11.

I'm using poco launcher, I'll try using stock to see if it would work... Just that was using same poco launcher with my old phone on and 11 and gestures work

I didn't really say that bank apps don't work on custom ROM, you just have to enable one or two and boom your bank apps should be working, sometimes not just bank apps sef, but in this case I tried everything available and it didn't work

I wouldn't have come back to stock if only my bank app worked, due to some kinda certification my UBA mobile app couldn't work, did so many tweaks yet it didn't work, my bank app is one of my major apps, I had to just come back and rest

Hello Genius and others, Please advise.
I took the phone to a collection center in my state and according to them, they would ship it to head office in lagos for fixing cos it's still under warranty. They said I would be called from head office to know anything about the progress.
Now, 2weeks later and nothing, I called to the Raya service customer care line today as was written on the registration sheet they gave me.
The lady who picked said they received my phone just two days ago and they've fixed the motherboard but I would have to pay for the screen. Actually, There was a small crack on a part of the screen before. Anyways, I was surprised and told her it's not screen I dropped the phone for but the network issue. She insisted that I would have to pay the 18k for the screen.
Ok, I got a text message sending account details and directions.
My question is this, the text message came from a regular phone number and not a branded number, how do I know it's all genuine before I take loan and fund fraud.
Please is the whole scenerio legit? Is that the normal way it should be? Shouldn't I be paying when I'm collecting the phone?

I don't know what's up with my note 10pro. It just started this afternoon. I find it difficult scrolling on the phone. It keeps stopping most times I want to scroll through a page or the home screen.

What could be the problem?

Download the above using a download manager like 1DM+(Check Revdl to download)

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11/12 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

@Genius43 pls come to my aid bro, paid nova launcher prime won't allow me use gesture navigation on RN10P, I've tried everything I could. The default launcher is boring to me. Is there another launcher I can make use of that works like nova launcher prime? Thanks bro

That is because Nova launcher isn't currently working well with A11 and the one with A11 support is still in Beta testing.

I don't do launchers so I can't suggest any other one. I know most are facing the same issue.
