This advert needs to be "restructured " just like Nigeria. It needs some help. Now lets get down to business. Headline is not appropriate , not enough to draw attention and the tone is quite confrontational. No need to issue a warning from the headline instead state a benefit. Like: "buy this property and secure your financial future" Or "Enjoy attractive returns on investment" "An opportunity to invest in the fastest developing area in Nigeria " A benefit will do you more good than a warning in a headline. Description is too weak for a property advert. Location is too vague. It should state the exact place like Eleko, Lakowe, Sangotedo, etc Whats the size of the land and type of structure on the land? What exactly is the title document available? Is it C of O, Registered survey, Governors concent, etc This advert is not well put together Wish you luck 3 Likes |
