Okay. Her ovulation will come up btw the 12 and 13th day of her cycle. The first day she saw her period is her cycle day one. ( there are other signs and method of getting the ovulation day also)

If you are trying to conceive, and you do not care about the sex of the child, start trying from day 10 all through day 16th. If you want a boy, try on day 12th.

If you can also track ovulation with mucus. On a normal day, the mucus looks like the white of an A4 paper( it changes to the color of milk when it is exposed to air.

During ovulation the Vagina mucus looks exactly like the white of an egg. It will only last for 24hrs.

On the other hand, if you are trying to prevent pregnancy using the rhythm method, I will suggest that you take the record of her period, mucus changes and body temperature for 8 months to get a pattern. If the cycle varies, find the average, and ensure she abstain from sex in those days she is not safe. For a 28 days cycle abstinence is from day 10th through day 17th of each cycle.

Assume 28 days cycle

Fertile period : 14th-18th

Ovulation: 17th

What do i know, it just banging skin to skin all time. Hmmm, nice lesson learnt, i'll start my own calculation, make i no say, had i known.

How about the school of thought that says you fire every other day during the ovulation period?

Firstly know her monthly cycle and from there you can know her ovulation period
