I get 4G+ on Glo and I get 4G+ on Airtel.

Whilst Airtel improved their bandwidth to achieve 4G+

Glo like MTN uses carrier aggregation to achieve theirs i.e you must have the presence of their 2 bands(Band 28 and 3) to get it.

The phone identifies the SIM card as Airtel and Etisalat in settings, but there is no signal bar for the 2 and you can make call, or dial any USSD code it says mobile network not available.

What is the issue please, how can she solve it?

Antenna has probably disconnected. Take it to repairer to check the Antenna cable.

There is XS and also this has nothing to do with Android 11. You only have to increase your DPI from developer options.
As for the column those dot icon at the bottom is what you use to select size.

I use the same phone and like my phone before now the first thing I did was adjust my DPI.

yours is a fastboot issues , you need to use. EDL mode for it

The difference between other versions of miui 12 and 12.5 is so big.

I'm comparing 12.5. 1 on poco f2 pro to 12.2.5 and it's almost like a different phone. The fluidity, smoothness of animations and speed is just so maximum. I think that 12.5 is the version that miui got right
