Let me dumb down what I wrote for you OK. I simply said that if your standard for deciding the best presidents is by who won a second term then people like you will rank those politicians that rig their way to winning several elections as among the best. For instance, a Paul biya and Mugabe would rank among the best presidents in the world if we are to apply your logic about winning multiple terms as a standard for being the best. I have broken my post down for even the dumbest of fellows to understand so this should be enough for even you.
