Remaining obigbo that should be ceeded to abia state and the whole egbema to imo state.

Ndoni should be ceeded to delta state too.

The southern governors should demand for additional four states in the south and two in the north to balance the geopolitical representation.
The four states should be anioma that will include ndoni in the present rivers state and the whole delta north. This state Will be added to the south east geopolitical zones.
The second state should be that of adada state that will include the whole Igbo speaking part of kogi and benue states .
The third state should be ejagham state which should be for northern crossriver people.

The fourth state should be Ibadan state which will include the yorouba speaking part of kwara and kogi states .

Then two additional states in the north are southern kaduna state and Savana state which will include, the southern borno ,some parts of gombe and adamawa states.

With these proposal ,we will have seven states per geopolitical Zone which means equal representation.

Even the ukwani is nearer and detmacated by river boundary. Cross the river you are In delta, cross back you are in Anambra and secondary they have good oil and gas in nice quantity.

It is not about number of oil wells, it is about quantity of production per well. A well can produce 2.2 barrels per day and another well can produce 5000 barrels per day. Though, I seriously doubt that Imo can/will displace either of Akwa Ibom, Delta, Bayela or Rivers to become the 4th; Realistically speaking, I would say Imo will occupy the 5th position. We are awaiting the data for comparison
