Hello everyone submitted my student visa application togeder with my kids age 11 month and 4 years old no reply from them yet

How long has this application been in process? If your application has exceeded the standard processing times, you should contact IRCC to seek for an inquiry on your file.

Is it true that people going for undergraduate degree are less likely to get refused visa and are faster to process

This is not true as there is no such information on IRCC website. Going for an undergraduate degree when your biological parents are your sponsors (between the age of 17-22 years), your chances of getting approval is high. However, if your sponsor is a third party (uncle) and you're above the stated age, it will be extremely difficult to scale through. More importantly, the visa processing times for undergraduate degree and Master's/PGD applicants are same. There are no preferential treatment for international students unless you're a PhD student.

Hi guys, my friend applied for student permit may 29ty and she got her ppr yesterday. She didn't go through the NSE route because she didn't have ielts and she also didn't submit my bank statement

We're really surprised cause it seems like a miracle. She has travel history of USA and europe, do you think this is why it was processed faster.

I'm really confused on how she got ppr so fast cause we applied together and we both don't have ielts or mbs

This is magical.

As stated earlier, IRCC algorithm in dealing with applications is messed up,

We just hope for the best which is a positive outcome.

This is for Canada. That's Inland Applications. Though it relates in a lot of ways with our own here but may not be exactly. Most Canadian Applications are completely processed in 9weeks but they claimed Outlands are completely processed in 7weeks. So it's possible they are putting more efforts on Outland Applications than Inlands and therefore may have passed that very date for Outlands Applications

But come to think of it, She went to US, she returned without committing immigration crimes, she went to Europe, she came back without Committing immigration crimes and now she is want to go to Canada for Study and she is gainfully employed in Nigeria, why would she not get Visa easily? She has nothing much to prove again.

It is true that people that have a BSC and applying for visa for another bsc will very much be denied based on PURPOSE OF VISIT. No route (normal or NSE or masters or bsc or pgd or diploma) is fast. All are treated with the same speed.
