The salary stated there is outdated. A major earns far more than that now, and a Lt cmd earns more than it's equivalent (Major) in the Army.

Oga, Lt commander & Major's salaries are not 230 & 250,000 monthly as you claimed. Please make your findings well before informing the public. The 2 ranks are the same, only that one is Navy, while the other is Army. Their salaries are much higher

Sahara reporters have come again. Though the news is real, the salary 'fact check' is wrong. Both Lt cdr and Maj are equivalent ranks in the Nigerian Navy and Nigerian Army respectively, and so the wide salary discrepancy though possible isnt likely due to the harmonized salary scale/structure of the armed forces which makes the salaries to be roughly equal for same ranks in the military. Please endeavour to properly clarify your facts before you mislead your audience.

You rant as if you know what's going on in the Military.
Do you know how many cadets have been dealt with or relegated due to misbehaviour in the civil society.
I can tell you numerous cadets that have been dismissed or sanctioned for stupid display in the public that the media could not cover to show the public. There was a particular RC were more than 50 cadets were dismissed. You can't compare Sandhurst and other with NDA. Like I said, if you visit NDA, you'll see how the Institution treat cadets. When was the last time you saw a cadet misbehaved?
