They don't print money for there pls, GT salary is about 216k, if you are posted outside the tower to a partner company, you will earn an additional allowance of 70-100k, if you are lucky, the company you're posted could pay you some allowances too. Then an annual upfront of about 3mila. Nothing more

Just be prayerful and keep researching on which organization you want go join and give him updates too as to the place of your choice.
