Glad you reached out to them, you may have been left out.
I guess it is safe to conclude that the interviews ends on the 16?

Yes, 2nd is the most likely date. They usually respond two weeks after interviews.

Hello guys

So in the spirit of given back to the forum, I'll share my experience as below

My interview started with 5mins torture as usual, and was about staff turnover in state government agency.

Then we went to interview proper after I was asked to take water.

So my interview started with tell us about you. No follow up question from that.

I had other behavioural questions that included the following

1. Tell about a time you seek help from unfamiliar people.

2. Tell about a time you lead a team

3. Tell about a time you change your communication skill to suit an environment you are not familiar with.

4. They asked about relationship building too.

They asked about Location but I doubt it means anything. They just feel like knowing.

That's all I can remember. I rest my case.

Hoping on Allah to crown my efforts as I believe he has accepted my prayers

My presentation topic was surprisingly an easy one, I was asked to discuss the role of social media in business development.
My first question was "tell us about yourself, what you are doing now and skills you have acquired.
After that we discussed a project I mentioned while answering the first question and this influenced the session a lot because the majority of my questions where follow up from this discussion. Questions like; how did you lead the team, what were the challenges, give us the background of the project, how would you have done this? and the likes.
I was asked to talk about my undergraduate days, and to talk about PwC.
In all we spend about 45 minutes.
All the best guys.

All the best guys.

Also had mine yesterday and it was very similar to this. My presentation topic was on Nigerian youths' active participation in politics. Not sure I even spent up to 4 mins sef but I tried to say something and not stutter too much.

Then tell us about yourself and just like@burg93, they told me the template (what you currently do, undergraduate studies, skills, strengths and weakness/es. Then moved on to behavioural, but not before they also asked about my research work - challenges I faced and how I overcame them for the research. Some of the behavioural questions also include how you handle multiple deadlines (time management basically), etc.

Some others include:
- A time when you had to resolve a conflict in your team
- A time you had to change your approach to achieve an objective
- What extracurricular activities do you enjoy
- Your LoS and why, preferred location and why
- Test of integrity
- When you had to do a complicated task or something very complex sha

That's all I remember. I spent about 45 mins as well. Good luck to those yet to have theirs and those for subsequent years cool cool

I believe one way to know if one is successful even before they formally send an offer, is when either our referees or employers are contacted.

Keeping tab on them.

This is very wrong. Lets stop all of these petty speculations. It doesn't help matters at all..

This is wrong. If you read the phr form well, you will notice they indicated that your referees would not be contacted without informing you first. Besides, a friend that got in last year said non of here referees was contacted. So pls let's stop all these speculation abeg
