So before any argument on how those words should be applied one needs to understand the Greek language because after the death of the Apostles, a Roman Emperor named Constantine organized a committee and many things in the Bible were tampered with to favor the worship of Roman deities.
For instance in the Bible book of John 1:1 what was written is "In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and a god was the word" but the Roman committee decided to alter the verse in support of a goddess who was known as the mother of God so they rendered it as "and the word was God" that's the origin of TRINITY the three in one god worshiped by ancient Romans!

Now let me explain Jesus on earth was complete man and complete God

Now that is why you can see him do what both man can only do
And what only God can only do

At a specific time you can see him equally speak as a common man
Then at another specific time you can see him speaking the same way God speaks

You can see him shit, get tired, even be able to die now all the good things and bad things that was able to happen to Adam or to us was equally able to happen to Jesus

Now equally all the things God only can do in the old testament you can also see Jesus been able to do them
