Italy players celebrated winning the Euro 2020 final in the dressing room after the crucial penalty shooutout. Italy defeated England on penalties in the Euro 2020 final after extra time. The Italians were shocked by Luke Shaw's second minute Goal For England but levelled in the second half and later won on penalties. Arsenal Star Bukayo Saka missed the crucial penalty for England and Italy are now Champions. Italy Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is also named the Player Of The Tournament. Thank Heavens the Azzuri's did a perfect “Italian Job” at the English own backyard. Had it been the Three Lions went on to win this tournament, their media team in it's egoistic fashion would have gone crazy and littering both the social, print and electronic media on how the English team is the best thing after Jollof Rice, and how they would conquer Jupiter, Uranus, Mars and Mercury without dropping a point. If you were very observant during the game, you would notice that the commentators were stylishly rooting for the English team from the first minute of the game down to the shootouts. Fahdiga:Bro, Penalty is a game of luck, but if there's anyone with bad luck in that team, it should be Harry Kane... He always try to put in his best at any tournament but gets unlucky in every finals. And painful thing is that the English FA gave him the captains armband when he clearly lacks the leadership qualities. Don't know why an inspirational Jordan Henderson was stripped off the captaincy, maybe because of injuries.... congrats to them... Italy really deserves d cup n it was a tale of two young goalkeepers, a calm headed n focused one and a vibrant n hot blooded pickford.. what I noticed last nite was 1..the defensive pairing of bonucci n chiellini were superb n d best for now 2..defenders are the best bet for penalties even better than attackers, Maguire penalty was DA bomb 3..penalty is a game of luck but u always need good help from ur goalie 4..southgate is still clueless n may get d sack, grielish came in very late, sterling was tired n needed sub and dt his sancho n rashfrod sub really backfired...but wat do I know? 38 Likes
