I am not satisfied with the way this company operate.

Who has experience such?

I took a loan of 11,000 to repay in a week time with interest on 21/06/2021 as due date. I tried repaying on the app even before the due date but it wasn't successful. The app is stagnant and give pending note. All efforts to reach their customer care was abortive. Still yet default charges keep increasing.

After few days a collection officer of the company with this number (+234 701 743 3849) started sending me threat messages to pay up. I explained to him what I have been experiencing. I paid the loan amount and initial interest rate by bank transfer. I sent him proof of payment and was cleared not default charges remained.

He said I still have to pay for default. I said I can not pay for default because the fault is not mine as their app was not accepting payment. That they should fix their app. The following day I paid using fist monie pos and sent him proof of payment. He said it will be cleared. Up till now it has not been cleared. Default charges keep accumulating after 2 weeks of payment.

Only to remind him to clear the default payment this morning and he blocked me on whatsApp. I called him on regular call and he said the company is not his father's company and that do I want him to block me again on call.

This is not fair at all. I feel cheated.

That's really unfair. You are not supposed to pay for their inefficiency in spite of their high interest rates.

This kind of post should be on front page.

I really dealt with them

Modified: After disgracing me to my contacts after payment,I went on a borrowing spree on all loan apps and refused to pay. Now my number has been blacklisted from borrowing from any app. Each time they call me I refer them to the contacts they messaged for payment, sometimes I purposely pick and put the phone under tv when I know it's sokoloan agent,9jcash,lcredit,lotus credit etc I dealt with all of them.

Those loan apps are thieves. The other day one messaged about a guy on my contact. She was so rude and I thought her a thing or two

Go to you bank and make complaints, change your atm pin or change the entire card.

They may deduct money from your account if you decide not to pay the default charges after a long period of time.

Sorry to say but you are dumb. What if the OP is staying far from the location of their office?? Will they refund him?? I'm sure you are their agent, tell them to work on their app and stop the foolish act

Most of these apps are just branded scammers with CAC registration. They employ ANY means to rip you off. Looking at some of those apps with their wacky interface i won't be surprised if they have backdoors in there. Any loan app not from a bank or big finance house is a no.
Loan sharks thrive on people defaulting on their loans.

This is what is called SHARK LOAN.

Moreso, this is warning to all people that patronize all this mushroom finance companies that entice Nigerians will low interest rate for patronage should be very very careful with all these app loan companies. The last straw that will break the camel back is by blacklist your name to all your phone contacts including your helpers.

They called and got tired now.
Just make sure you go to your app setting and disable all the permissions you granted the app at the point of registration, they will not have access into your contact list etc.

Hope you have not paid into a wrong account, the issue is that easybuy, newcredit and palmcredit is owned by one organisation is being having issues of repayment through their app. If you paid into the right account it will be cleared.

That is how all these microfinance and money sharks normally play their dirty games for high interest rate, I remember I needed #50k urgently and I went to Ren-Money for the loan and I told the person in charge that I will pay it back four days later that day was Friday and the end of the month but I know for a surety, my salary that was delayed will be paid on Monday, that person told me that the payment will be extended to six months and I going to pay #49k interest on #50k and that #50k wouldn't be complete, they will remove some charges on it, I was so disturbed at the exorbitant interest rate, I just left the place without saying a word.
