This is wrong. If you read the phr form well, you will notice they indicated that your referees would not be contacted without informing you first. Besides, a friend that got in last year said non of here referees was contacted. So pls let's stop all these speculation abeg

They may not contact referees but I think we already gave them the permission they need to vet us, especially with previous employers.

Yes. You are right. But if they want to, they will inform us first. Check the first few lines on phr form. That confirm that

Hey Cornerztone, do you have a date now?
Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by Msrchyma(m): 10:50pm On Jul 12, 2021
Your referees will be contacted only after you get in, not before. It is a requirement for confirmation. There is no way of knowing on the spot, if you are successful or not. Next thing that will happen after this stage is benchmarking when all your performances are weighed against each other and only the best ones will be given offers based on the required numbers to fill across the lines of service.

Nonetheless, just keep your hopes up, you’ve done all you can for now. August might seem like such a long time but you’ll be fine . Ultimately, remain calm, and get prepared. See you at the towers soon!!

I thought everyone is judged with the same set of people they were interviewed with on the same date, in order to give everyone the same level playing ground?

Also talking about the performance index, are they going to use the cumulative of test, OPQ and interview to make their final decision or what?

I feel we should all relax and not try to overthink things. You've done your best, Let's wait for August 2nd. My own perception though. Cheers

I feel cornerstone should send a mail... If he has sent a mail, even if they don't give him a date, they will reply the mail and reassure him that he will be scheduled soon.

did you get the documentation mail before this one and submitted the documents?

If you did, it might not be a bad idea going to the office physically to clarify and they might hook you up immediately because I doubt there are interviews after this week. Just my thought

Definitely not. The recruitment is accessing everyone and your strengths won’t only be measured against those you met on the same day. Remember it is firm wide, so you’ll be evaluated with everyone who has been interviewed for the same set of roles.

I believe so. Many people would have performed at par and the deciding factor may just be the other stages of your performance. That’s why it is a benchmarking process, evaluating across all the metrics.

I cannot say for certain what they are as I don’t work with HC but it is likely your performance in all the stages will be considered.

Did you get the documentation mail before now, or you never heard from them after the OPQ invite?

Hi guys! In the spirit of giving back. My topic was on insurance. And I was asked about all the behavioral and situational questions that was listed earlier. I wasn’t even asked about my choice of LOS (should I worry? ). To be honest I have a lot of mixed feelings and keep thinking about some questions I could have answered better. But I’m just trying to hope for the best. They said everything will be rounded up by August. Goodluck to everyone.

I had similar experience in my interview sad . My topic was on insurance sector too. The second part was tell me about yourself and common interview questions, behavioural questions on leadership, meeting multiple deadlines, multitasking etc.

Hoping for the best. Good luck to everyone.

You don't have to be bothered. According to people who have done theirs, it's only two people that asked about the line of service. Felicia and Ebenezer. Maybe they are using it for survey.

I wasn't asked for my line of service also but since everybody in the interview panel aside the HR was in Assurance, I assume they already know my choice LOS despite the fact that I didn't include it in my D1 form. They already knew what you applied for so questions on choice of LOS to me was just part of the interview process
