It is done this way so as to make sure the president or leader have safer passage and stay clear of attacks (eg assassination) and has nothing to do with TYRANNY, it’s just a normal presidential/national leaders’ way of life(except few national leaders which countries have no or extremely low crime/assassination rate) I.e it’s just protection, respect and nothing more.
Their are restrictions around presidential areas all across the world � e.g speed limits, loitering, trekking, noise and so many other restrictions...
