Why is it that it's only now that Argentina has won that you guys are complaining? If Brazil had won, will you guys have demeaned the tournament the way you guys are doing now?

I'm sure if it was Argentina who didn't win a single game in the group stage yet qualified as best losers and went all the way to winning the trophy like Portugal did, you guys would have found a way to link it to Messi and how Argentina is favored because of him...

With or without an international trophy, Messi has cemented his place as one of the greatest if not the best that ever did it...

Wen Chile won it back to back in 2015 and 2016(the only time they did the competition annually in recent times), nobody complained, instead mocked messi for losing finals and that he can't perform outside barca.

Now he's won it in grand style, we're now hearing how useless copa is.

For me, I have no reason to hate Messi as I am first a football fan and thereafter, a Manchester United fan...

For instance, I watch a lot of Liverpool and Manchester City games not because I am rooting for them but because I love the way they play football. It's the same with Messi, he plays football just the way I feel it should be played...Another player I really love watching is De Bruyne...

Yeah, Debruyne can certainly hold his own. I love creative players too tho.
