And for your car, how I wish you could have waited?

And for been upset bro where do you get that from?
I remember I still talk to you as recent as May, so I stopped working for you as far back as January so where is the hate coming from?

I so much respect the woman behind you that I try as much as possible to warn you from making people around you pay for your nonchalant and egoistic behaviour. Now people that don't even worth your time floor you here and you think am ready for kid's play. Bro wish you could see beyond my stuff and try to sit up and grow up to be the bigger man.

I don't hate I just ignore people that I know I will waste my time on.
How can a customer you claim to refer come to me and be telling me YouTube repair? Since YouTube don show am why waste my time to repair. He can as well get the tools and repair the shit by himself.

That brings me to the advice Gazzuzz gave me which I will always cherish bro.

Bro I don't hate you, you are part of my history and I will always respect that. Even if I want to your wife is an Angel and she doesn't deserve some bullshit I read here about her.

That’s not true. Many riders wants driver to even come pick them up from their bedroom if possible. Regardless! A salutations at least, it’s not too much. moreover you can even be sure where the driver is on your gps. Some riders will even ask ‘please what’s the color of your car’ despite bolt giving them all the driver and car information. Courtesy is important. Most riders mistake Uber drivers for their personal drivers. So it’s possible to piss him off

At the bolded... Thank you sir!

A driver is at the security post and you as a rider expecting him/her yet you won't even call to give that convenience and when the driver calls you start asking irrelevant questions like what's your name? For heaven sake, didn't you see the name or the color of my car on your app?? Its so annoying.

Little wonder one told pearl1910 he was driving a different car. Just imagine the unremorseful stupidity.

Yes I know I'm a fucking uber driver the moment I turn on my app to accept request but that shouldn't make you disrespect me as a person like I've no value whatsoever, as a matter if fact you should know your life is in the hands of that man behind the wheel while on that trip so you don't wanna do anything to make him feel inferior or angry else some psycho can just drive you into something you never bargain for.

The level of disrespect I have seen from some riders is just something else. I know we don't talk about it often here but it is so baffling. I don't even understand the mentality behind it. A driver is just a service provider as everyone else and deserves some courtesy at the least. Honestly if not for ratings, I don't think it would be that bad.

@Davit et al, any tips on how to dry a flooded car without sunshine?

Bro na serious work o... You'll need DIY, use the had brush you use for washing of you tires... The wooden side to drag the water towards ine side then use a towel to suck the water out... This can take you 2/3days to get a dried carpet.

Pkele!

Me self water entered my car yesterday along Herbert McCollony Way yesterday but it wasn't too much though.

The last time I had such serious experience it took about 4days b4 my car dried properly.

Nigerians have this mentality that once you are an Uber driver, it is either;

1) You didn't graduate from school or,
2) You graduated but never got a lucrative job
3) You had no other option but to borrow, rent a car and drive like a miser around Lagos.

I won't lie, before I started driving on bolt I used to think like that. In fact, if the car wasn't flashy I would never imagine that the rider owned the car.

I don't even want to go into some details but you see some of these riders, don't be surprised if they do not have up to one-tenth of the money in your account balance. Some people just like to dey overdo themselves.

This morning I was talking to a colleague and he said one day when the Uber driver he took was trying to confirm his transfer, he saw over two million naira in his account balance and he was like, "na me wey no get up to 300k for account dey balance for owner's side?". He was shocked.

I know people who own businesses, landed properties in Lagos and drive Uber. Many of them are here. Some people just do it to kill boredom. Some dey use am gather money for other plans. I don too talk sef. Make people continue to dey mumu themselves.

I dey my house. Water enter motor yesterday and e never dry finish.

I was going to even ask those who have more knowledge on cars. Is something fundamentally wrong with our corolla cars? I ask because when I was using Honda, water never enters my car no matter the level of flood.

This is the second time I'm experiencing it with a corolla.

What Honda did you use b4?

My worst experience with flood was when I used the EOD and the Civic... First a date I'll hardly forget was 8n the dedication of my son, it rained cat and dog that Sunday morning and my white horse drifted to a dish and tje car flooded that I'd to abandon it there till the water came down... Car wash boys did justice to it by giving it a 4days constant drying and cleaning... My carpet become new afterwardsgrin

The blue civic, drove through a flooded road one night in surulere along that itere side or there about... Water entered the car well... I used towel to dry it myself... It took 2/3 days with opening of doors... I didn't work all those days.

The week police arrested me in Ikeja and took me to Area F(yet to share that experience), on that Saturday morning it poured... Along akilo rd tje water got even to my bonet but no drop of water entered my car at all... This car is Corolla 08.

Yesterday I believe because I was static at a point s9 little water entered my car especially the side behind the driver's seat then flooded towards the driver's side a little... Same corolla 08

So maybe your Corolla is old and rust everywheregrin like your godfathergrin
