I am waiting for those fools that will come and say Lagos is overhype. Those that their hopeless village is not even in the map, will open their useless mouth to call Lagos a slum, a city that most part if it is below the sea level.

We saw yesterday on Nairaland front-page how flood took over a large chunk of Germany and Poland cities,flooding can happen anywhere in the world, no matter how plan the city is.

Let us be honest with ourselves the flooding in Belgium is a one off occurrence, that alone should tell you that the factors that triggered this flood was beyond the contingencies they had in place. But our darling Lagos every year the same tale of flood and we all know the reason so let us stop deceiving ourselves here

so many factors determine the design outcome. For the land size, I designed that for the client was lucky to get that. Designs are never a problem but space so stop talking anyhow.
