First of all you need to sit down, take a deep breath and ask the person you see in the mirror some questions, and by that I meant-
1) Are you a rude person?
2) Are you selfish or selfless?
3) How do you relate with people especially the opposite sex?
4) Who was wrong in the past relationships and why they ended in tears? etc.
Then you’ll know what to work on.
