1. Just the bank reference, statement and indebtedness from the bank that has the pof. In this case , the PA doesn't need to show his.

2. Depends on what you mean PNP. If still processing PNP , IELTS validity isn't locked . Still needs to be valid till you get AOR. It's locked at AOR

There are different experience regarding pof and all. The whole idea is to allow ircc know that you didn't beg for this money only to be returned after you have gotten PPR.. some ircc people might not be convinced the money is actually yours . Hence the advise to get prior to ITA .

When I say there is more to this, I mean people have elaborated on this using this platform . It's not everything one would say or expose here cos it's a public platform . I'll suggest you read up and plan

plumber is under skilled trades, you need job offer from Canada or licencing from Canada to qualify. You are better off using your nursing experience as it could easily get province nomination too.

visit ircc website for skills trade requirements. Where will you see job offer or licensing from Canada while still in Nigeria. Use your nursing process express entry, you are not mandated to work as a nurse when you get to canada. You can become a stripper if you want

Use your nursing degree and experience to process express entry as you can easily get provincial nomination with nursing.

Also look into UK work permit programmé for nurses. You will have to write Ielts academics and their nursing exams. There's a thread for UK aspiring nurses in the travel section. The process is much faster

Gift deed transferred to your salary account touched pre ITA.
The amount touched from the gift deed sent will be completed by the person’s salary by month end.
Does this have any implication?
If gift deed is touched?
Or is the gift deed supposed to remain never touched in the bank statement?

My advise is that you go for WES to avoid unnecessary delays by CES. I submitted my evaluation since Dec 2020 and up till now they've not finalised my evaluation despite receiving my transcript for more than four months now.

I had to register for WES in June and the whole process took just one week from the time they received my transcript and I have been in the pool since then waiting for EOI.

There was a PNP draw . Canadian government don’t care about FSW or CEC or PNP. All they want is to meet their immigration targets. For now CEC and PNP are taking them closer to their targets so they are doing as they please

Isn’t it better to announce that the stream has been put on hold until a certain date,so everyone can remove their mind and wait until the stipulated date. The anxiety and uncertainty isn’t even funny anymore.

there was rumor sometimes ago about the immigration minister, that he's going to make an announcement and it has to do with some major changes as regards express entry... we are still waiting for that, a lot have lost points on age, leaving learning French as second language as the only way to remain competitive. they are meeting up with their targets for immigration anyways so they are not in hurry to resume EE draw (covid19 effect). we can only keep the faith alive nobody forced us to this
