It's not too much of a process.. except the network issues. Just keep refreshing whenever it tells u error in network .. register, log in, fill in your data, save and go to the next one ... until the 5th page which says apply.. than save and print your slip. All the best

Don't worry about that, they also know that the stupid portal they created is marred with loads of errors.

After registering with 2 emails with no confirmation mail, I registered with another email and I was able to apply but I can't print confirmation slip, I had to re-apply with another email and I was able to print the confirmation slip.

That picture you screenshot, click on your passport at the top right hand corner of your screen, you will see 'my confirmation slip' click on it, it will bring out your confirmation slip, then you can print or save as PDF
