Must it be 28 days statement? Because it is a new account. money is in fixed deposit and i will be able to remove only next week monday. Then i will put in the account. and they said deadline for CAS request is 30th of this month. but i have more than enough for POF. also i have not done my TB test yet although i have paid and i have a date

I sent a mail and then followed up with a phone call. On the 3rd call my request was answered. So I suggest you call the center.

I submitted lots of documents ( necessary documents) not just the documents stated on my CAS. e.g professional qualifications and certifications and POF was 45days.
