Someone help o.

University of Manitoba has denied me admission twice and u know what that means, my 60k plus gone. It's so annoying. Anyone with school that u think can give me admission pls assist.

I graduated with a 2.2 and has been applying for Pre-Masters. Anyone with other good schools can help my life...
Bombaclat!! 60K application fee ain't a joke

With your 2.2 , you can easily get admission to a college for a Post Graduate Certificate (PG. Cert.) program, that being said;

Are you interested in going for a Program related to your Degree or related to your Job experience? If yes,
- what did you studied in the University?
- What year did you graduate ? (To address study gap)
- What is the name of your Job, and what are your Job duties? (To know if your Job is related to tour Degree)

Your Response to the above questions would enable you get specialized PG. Cert program suggestions from this platform

HELLO AM I ELIGIBLE FOR NSE IF I APPLY OUTSIDE NIGERIA

NSE program was structured for applicants who are Nigerian citizens and resident in Nigeria. Needless to say that even though you provide a Mybank statement and IELTS Certificate with your application, the responsible visa office will not examine your application under the NSE program. You qualify for the NSE program merely on the basis you're applying from Nigeria and have the required documents.

Ahhh.. you can not gain admission for a masters with 2.2.. Your best bet is a PGD

I have a classmate in UCW MBA with 2.2 another did her masters in Thompson Rivers with 2.2.. Although, she changed DLI and course after her first semester in Thompson rivers.. so it’s possible.

Hi All,
I'm new here and I must say good job you are all doing on this thread. The contributions are a massive eye opener for me.

Please , I would like advice, MBA or GDBA , which one would guarantee me admissions? I have 14 years experience and have held managerial roles for upwards of 7 years. Would have preferred GDBA cos of cost and the fact that you get to stay in Canada longer but I don't know if the admissions office would think I'm too old and experienced for that and that I may not want to come back to Nigeria. I don't want them to reject my admission based in that.

@Frankrobbn1 and @Olasubomy, pls help a sister. Thank you.

In view of your vast experience in management role, an MBA program should be the first choice on your list. The program demonstrates career advancement for your profile.

There are lot of schools you can try very hard. Try Humber college. But if necessarily it has to be university. Try memorial university.

Memorial with 2.2 ?? You know they have very reasonable fees, so they get a lot of applications.. the competition will be tight oh

Hello house, pls I need your advise. I want to apply for study permit and I want to travel with my 3 children while my hubby will be here in Nigeria. Do I send my children's passport along with mine when applying for my study permit. In other words, at what time should my children's passport be sent to the embassy for visas to enable them travel with me.

Do not make the mistake of applying for study permit alongside with your three (3) children. There are lots of concerns that will be raised by the visa officer when assessing your eligibility for visa issuance. It doesn't make sense going with them at this time, how do you intend to cope with the three kids considering the rigorous system of education in Canada. My best suggestion for you is to apply alone, whilst the kids and your husband stay behind in Nigeria. After the successful outcome of your study permit application, you can file for your husband through the SOWP and visitor's visa for the kids.

Getting into the aforementioned colleges is considerably high. However, securing study visa with them is very slim.

Good day house, I have a question.
Is it possible for someone to convert temporary work visa to study permit in Canada?

It's very possible to switch from being a work permit holder to study permit within Canada. To achieve this, you've to be accepted into a designated learning institution in Canada, provide proof of unencumbered funds to support your application, provide a detailed letter of explanation stating why a study permit should be issued to you to undergone your intended program in Canada as well as the benefits that go along with the program after studies.

Hey, Nice to hear from you. If visa has been granted, you need the services of a courier company to submit the passport for visa stamps at the VAC.

Given that your children are US citizens, they don't require a visa to travel with the principal applicant. Upon their arrival in Canada, a visitor's record will be issued to them.

I'll respond to your request via email and provide my professional assistance for the SOWP.

Pls I am a master degree holder. I intended applying for graduate certificate in college. is it going to affect my visa approval. note the course I am going for is very expensive for Master but it is a skillful program

Should you opt for a Post Graduate Certificate course when you've already completed and obtained a Master's degree, your application is at high risk of being refused by the visa officer. It doesn't sound logical as to why you would be spending so much for a program that is lower than your already completed degree. My advice for you is to stick to the Master's program in spite of the cost, once your visa has been approved, you can decide to change a DLI within Canada using the acceptance letter from a cheaper institution.

Hello NL family,
Is it advisable to apply direct to university in Canada for an undergraduate program or go through a senior high school for grade 12, which I find pretty expensive.

Could you please advise colleges that admit Nigerian students with wasc or neco.

Best advice, go for a Bachelor's degree program instead of an ordinary diploma course in Canada. Make sure that your sponsor is your biological parents not a third party when opting for an undergraduate degree in Canada.

I honestly think that if you submitted your application in Canada or Outside Nigeria, It would be nice if you state that when posting your timelines.
This is so accurate assessments of the timing can be noted especially for those that applied from Nigeria..... which I think makes up for over 70% of the people here. Regards.

Hi everyone!

Please my spouse will be going to Saskatchewan via Toronto. His flight is booked for 19th of August. Is his quarantine plan going to be for Toronto or for his final destination?

Then anyone going with an almost expired medicals? His medicals will be 1yr (12months) by 29th of August. Or does he need to do a fresh medical?

Please help! @Lekiboboe @Frankrobbn1 @Justmellow and other gurus

Hotel quarantine policy will be ending August 09, 2021. If your spouse is not Vaccinated, he will have to quarantine at his final destination for 14 days.

His medical request is close to expiry at the time of his arrival in Canada, just to be on the safe side, he should redo his medicals and forward a copy to IRCC via webform.

A gift from God
Timeline
Applied to Humber college late nov 2020,was required to do an exam and was monitored through zoom, some days later I got my admission letter,I felt that was the greatest hurdle to cross, cos I read so much for that exam.Little did I know the GREAT IRCC had more.

Applied Feb 4,2021.
Got NSE request Feb 17,2021. I was so excited, feeling in the next week or so my approval will be out,my hope was so high,IRCC dashed that hope after a month of waiting and then I got another request for my bank statement May 14,2021,at this point I didn’t know what awaited me.
Ordered my notes April 30th(I have not received it )
