Bro, you can get your TB test done next week. Go to their office and do manual booking. If you have a mail or document that shows your school start date, print it and take it with you. You might even be able to do it the same day and get the result the same day.

It is spelt SHADE on my passport and BSc while it's SADE on my Waec and other certificates. if yes, please what can I do.... urgent response please as application is already in process

I have been busy and cannot respond to everyone on this issue. Many thanks to those who are genuinely interested in helping and those who are not.

So, I've had a meeting with the school immigration adviser and they advise that I should go for an administrative review but not until I asked UKVI for the document(s) that they deem not genuine. The representative also mentioned that she has never seen any refusal letter where the reason for refusal is omitted. Even though it may be pointing towards POF but better not to jump into conclusion as any document could render the POF inadmissible, such as a marriage certificate etc. Because it is inconclusive and they cannot categorically say this particular document is what they have a problem with, there is a need for me to ask them for further information. I was give some things to aid in my request and all. The school is also going to come in at some point if the request is taken too long. Anyway, I will update you guys once I have further information to provide.

I think you're good to go if you have a received a CAS despite all that. Once CAS and passport match, use the exact one on those 2 docs for your visa application.
Submit any doc stated on your CAS just as provided to the uni.

Thanks a bunch Ccurrie for the quick response.
It's application for CAS. I used BSc HND and ND certs and all the transcripts for the admission. BSc, passport and transcript have SHADE. while hnd, ND and Waec and their transcripts have SADE. Note also pls, POF is SHADE. and i am kinda sure all those certs would be stated in my CAS as the sch specifically requested for the ND's transcripts when i didnt send send it initially b4 i was offered admssion.

No need worrying when they haven't even asked you to provide them. They probably asked to see why you started your BSc at a certain level or something.
Just wait until your CAS is issued. If you have an offer and a CAS, understand that UKVI isn't trying to rescind your admission. If any of the ones with that conflicting name is stated on the CAS, support it with an affidavit. Just relax
