There's no mess that can't be fixed. You need to take a conscious effort that you want this to stop. You can start by deleting your online betting account, this would go a long way in reducing your access to betting.

Then you slowly move towards reducing the number of times that you visit a shop. It won't end in a day, but you would be fine soo.

If it's money that was loss, you have more than enough time to recover it back. That's the way I live life, so loving material things do not give me nightmares.
