it is sad that you see things through an ethnic lens. how exactly do you know my tribe? Are you seriously saying that in the whole of SW, Tinubu is the best we can do? for Christ sake, this is exactly why this country will never move forward.
You asked me to mention one politician. there are dozens of leaders from the SW alone who will do a far better job.

ruled Lagos successfully? Clearly you have never set foot in Lagos is you think it is a state that has seen any decent leadership. Lagos is an administrative nightmare compared to several other states (try registering deed of assignment in Lagos compared to "less developed states and share your testimony). And financial wise, the only person who had benefitted from the State's largess is Tinubu himself (Alpha Beta, Lekki Concession etc.)

I don't really have time to argue with you. I know your type and nothing I say will change you mind which makes me weep for the future of this country. but as a passing shot, ask yourself, is this the kind of thinking we need at this critical juncture in our nation's history.

Promote your candidate first before seeking for whom to damage.

You are the one to tell me who and who are tinubu's loyalist in the current APC that can really do his biddings

You tell me any man in APC that has machinery or structure more than Tinubu as at today?

There are young, articulative, smart, vibrant, digital young men who are politicians and technocrats and business mogul, who are far better than an old, analogue, archaic man you are fronting...

Nigerians really deserve their leaders. Because they always make the wrong choice out of ethnic, and religious sentiments.

Is anybody stopping these young, articulative, smart, vibrant, digital young men who are politicians and technocrats and business mogul from contesting for president?

We are in a democracy and everybody that meets the constitutional requirements are allowed to legitimately aspire for any political office in the country. So, support your young, articulative and digital business mogul and leave the rest of us to support our old, analogue and archaic Tinubu and let’s see who will win at the end of the day.

tell me then. I have lived in Lagos for decades. the only governor who made any halfway decent impact on the State was Fashola and even then,he had his shortcomings.

You don't know Lagos, you just lived there for decades for nothing, or you're suffering from amnesia and taking everything you see for granted.

Most of the blueprint & tools Fashola worked with where created by Tinubu, IGR, BRT, LASTMA, LAMATA, PSP, LAWMA, Atlantic city, IPP, Lekki seaport/airport, Lagos rail plans etc..

It is people like you who admire skyscrapers but don't know that there are several floors of foundation beneath without which the building cannot stand.
You can even be praising the painting and ignore the structure.

Nobody is holding you guys. The only problem is putting millions of sane, right thinking people in trouble, when you elect those old expired good for nothing men. Like millions are suffering now because of you guys stupidity in the past elections.

What i do not get is those misguided Yoruba who think that a Tinubu presidency is in the interest of Yorubas
He is old and tired and just as nepotistic as Buhari.
What do we know about his health?
He has already voiced support for giving "unused" land to Fulani
He does not believe in democracy and would brig in another rubber stamp National Assembly
His wife is a nightmare

All round I do not see any benefit for me in a Tinubu Presidency
We cannot have another Muslim president immediately after Buhari

Kolewerk

Even if he will be nepotistic like Jonathan, is it not Yoruba that will be the first beneficiary? This is the same person who had an Easterner in Lagos cabinet for the first time in Lagos. Never replicated in any other SE state.

What have you benefited from a non rubber stamp legislature since 1999? Have they delivered restructuring or true Federalism?

You can only be a fake Yoruba, most likely from SE for talking of religion.

Religion or sect is the last consideration of Yoruba in the essence of being, it's taken as a personal decision and should be freely expressed.
Yoruba don't punish or discriminate against anyone for expressing such freedom. Character, loyalty and reliability are top virtues not religion. You can be born into any family and will likely adopt the family religion, why should anyone one hate you for that?

Yoruba also don't deal in petty issues, like I don't like his wife, his daughter is Iya loja and such punny matters, they are strategist. It's not easy to create a situation in Nigeria where out of 5 possible presidents in 2 years like 3 strong contenders are from one ethnic group. That's strategy not wishful thinking or noise making.

Those who say it's their turn by force scarcely have a contender in top 5.

I think the race should open up across the entire South let us hear what the SE and SS have to offer

And who has closed the race?

Why are the SE who are laying a serious claim already chicken out before the race? Why are they not vying for PDP ticket or contending democratically for APC ticket?

Why are the SE people wanting to draft another Fulani or Northerner rather than face Tinubu or any SWner at the polls? Are they feeling so inadequate or unsure of themselves?

Field BAT as APC presidential candidate, PDP shall field a Moslem northerner as presidential candidate.
Election day, about 90% of northern voters - from Benue to Borno and to Sokoto - shall vote the PDP candidate from the north. Only SW shall vote BAT.
Buhari's successor emerges from the north.

Most shophistiwretched lot. After OBJ and Shonekan from the SW, una no consider the SE worthy to benefit from rotation. In your own dictionary of roation of Nigeria's presidency between the north and south
of Nigeria, rotation between north and south for you people means rotation of the presidency between north and Yoruba.

Upon all your chest beating non of your people is worthy enough to face Tinubu, you have to go and draft big brother Fulani to fight on your behalf.

What a big shame to SE that wants to win presidency but very afraid to contest for it.

2023 belongs to the South. Let SE go and meet PDP for ticket and let SW collect APC ticket. No need crying foolishly and expecting others to vote for you because you threatened them.

Afteral NW and NE contested for 2019 and NE lost, I didn't see the type of bad blood we are seeing from the SE.

NE is not threatening to support a Southern candidate if the NW did not step down to allow only them to run. They did not say all the people past northern president have come from NW. They seem more matured than the average SE person. They know it's a contest and only one winner will emerge.

Am i complaining? Lol.

Keep dreaming and don't start building bridges. We are not politically naive not to know Nigeria would be unstable if we keep ruling back to back. Hence we will vote southern candidates from the SS or SW since SE don't want to have sense.

Continue to rely on insults, hatred, bigotry and grandstanding.

It is not about having a different opinion. It is about always antagonizing the south west at every given opportunity. We know them very well here. They hide under Yoruba handles to attack the interest of the south west. Aribisala or whatever he calls himself is not from the south west and should be ignored by all reasonable south west folks here.

They have have been on his case since he helped to end Jonathan's dream of a second term.

Like Jonathan showed any capacity to cope with trying times Nigeria has experienced since 2015 , especially huge loss of foreign exchange earnings and pandemic

Shows you are a big time bigot.

There are millions of Muslims in the South and if presidency is coming down south nobody has any power to marginalize them or stop them from running.
You might still end up voting for Atiku or Tambuwal by 2023, just disguising here playing religious politics

The real bigot is your mentor, BAT, who ignores rotation in the south, but wants north to obey rotation to make a southerner succeed PMB.

Does BAT not understand that it’s the turn of the Igbos to the presidency after Buhari?

What BAT is doing is paving way for either Ariku or Tambuwal to succeed PMB.
