Why will one pay over 700,000 to move a container from lagos to the east to sell? When he can save that 700,000 and sell the goods faster in lagos?

You know that he probably pays 10 times the cost of renting the space in IMO state in lagos. So why will someone pay that much to be in lagos, if IMO was more profitable?
Are u serious with wat u just typed. There is a difference between moving a container of several goods and a moving just one good. You claim people in imo will order funiture in Lagos and pay for it to be transported and i am telling you no one will do that because it means paying additional 200k for transport when funiture full owerri

Secondly u claim that the cost of renting space in imo is ten times the cost in Lagos. Really which school of lying did you graduate from. There is no way shops in Lagos are cheaper than shops in owerri. People pay 1million in water logged lekki for 2 bed flats, 1.5million for shops. Tell me where u pay 1.5million for shops in owerri.

I said lagos is 10 times more expensive than imo. For a businessman to leave imo for lagos, he knows its worth the money he is spending. Lagos has a bigger market.

Im talking about imported luxury furniture. Ite cheaper to import and sell in lagos than transport all the way down to the east.

Apart from lagos and abuja where else in Nigeria do you have embassies

None. And no embassy will consider coming to a region of violence .

If you people were smart, the SE would have taken advantage of insecurity in the north to attract investment.

But your leader who has no interest in the development of the SE is inciting violence for financial gains.

And you people are helping his business and destroying igboland.

Making lagos the prefered destination for investment.

Lagos has a bigger market because of being a former capital, hq of many coys and large population. If east were a former capital and hq of many coys it will be the biggest market.

Despite not having such privileges, still anambra and abia are listed alongside lagos, abuja, ph and kano has controlling 75% of money supply. Bayelsa, akwa ibom, edo are oil producing states, where do they rank. Ondo, ekiti, osun, oyo are all in the sw with Lagos, how come the success of Lagos is not replicated there.

As for your claim that lekki seaport is built in anticipation of movement from the east, ogbeni ditch that lie. Fg did not consider lgbos b4 deciding to build lekki seaport.

Continue burning down the east and drive the economy of lagos state. Maybe Igboland will develop when it is made the capital of biafra in 3099.

There is nobody destroying lgbo land. Secondly as long as Lagos has all the functional seaport, hq of financial institutions, hq of all coys qouted on stock exchange and the stock exchange itself it will remain the preferred destination.
Abuja, kano, osun, oyo, ekiti, kastina etc are all assumed to be peaceful, how come they are not attracting investment

The only burning down taking place is the one inside ur head. People like u and kanu that are over 40 yet have no investment in the east should not be talking when men like us with assets are talking, ur likes should concentrate on picking bottles, clearing the table and serving food.

I dont think you understand the relationship between politics and economy.

You are fighting for biafra and you burn all your bridges. You can't produce president. Then you turn your region into a war zone chasing investors away.

By the end of the day, you won't get presidency, you wont get biafra, you have destroyed your region. Creating unemployment and increased crime.

Guess who will be the laughing stock of all the tribes in Nigeria.

The first occupant of Eko Atlantic city is an igboman. The cost of aquiring that tower will build massive estates in every state in the east. But he knows that lagos does not think backward. The focus is business and not ethnicity.

Soon every successful igbo business person in the east will be killed and tagged sabo.

Im sure you dont expect the owner of this property or his friends to invest in the east tomorrow.

The laughing stock will b the north who despite not witnessing any disruption to education during the civil war is still ranked as educationally disadvantaged states since 1971 while the east that for 3 years of war and almost another 3 years after the war had no educational activities are not listed as educationally disadvantaged states.

The laughing stock are ur friends from sw hailing u, comparing osun, ekiti, oyo, ogun, ondo with the east that was destroyed during the war yet recovered from ashes, caught up and overtook those sw states that were peaceful during the war. That means while lgbos were making moves they were static and regressing. What manner of bullshit is dat

Ok. The same north will broker a deal with the SW. And produce president.

While you continue to agitate endlessly and donate to Kanu's Biafran business.

Lol. Praying for the east to burn? Does the east need prayers to burn, when IPOB cancer is there?

Is it my prayer that burnt that mans property and called him sabo? Or my prayer that destroyed a mans sienna to force him to stay at home?

Was it my prayers that beheaded these men in imo?

Vanguard gathered that the attacks which started on Sunday night continued till Monday morning.

At the time of filling this report, the reason for the attack was not known, just as residents linked it to the hardened criminal gang as well as native doctors that operate freely at night.

In the attack, a community leader whose identity has not been made known was seen beheaded and his head placed on a table around the market in Okporo community. The number of beheaded persons in the Orlu area has increased to about five, since this violence started.
