By the way, I'm not defending Kyari. As far as I'm concerned, his goose is done. He is f<cked. US justice system is not like Nigeria's where you make/declare arrest first before looking for offence to pin on the victim.

Unfortunately, he cannot go to US to clear his name. It will likely end up in US requesting his extradition. Extradition or not, the guy can no longer go for foreign training, courses, operations, mission or even personal holiday. Lol. Why do we begin to defend criminals whenever they are indicted, resorting to emotional and sentimental blackmail? He's an indicted accomplice and there is an extradition agreement in place. When an arrest warrant is issued, I already know Nigeria will likely not cooperate. Unless he's arrested in another country. The same thing was done with the Air Peace CEO.
