Good question. The lady arranging the documents just told her she doesn't need them. Also when inside the guy scanning didn't even allow suggest anythimg to her. infact, she did not get assistance in the assisted service.

If there were dates for self service this problem would not have occurred. Pls how can I send email to UKVI.

Why would you want to fill the form before getting there? It doesn't take time or much to fill the form and it's nothing you should worry about.
It doesn't add to your stress as long as you're already in the waiting hall.

This is because no confirmation email has been sent till now. My worry is, what will be the evidence of the appointment on that day since it was done manually?

You might be lucky to go for walk in same day.
TLS VI is well organized with less crowd compare to ikaja .

I don't think there is anything to worry. If those other documents are vitals for your application they would have been uploaded, and if during the process there is need for more supporting documents your wife will be contacted. Good luck

When you get there you fill...nothing really special.
Most of the information you will fill are on your unconditional offer letter.

If you didn't get an email confirmation for the appointment then you should go there on the day of your supposed appointment.. It's possible they mistyped your email. Your name shd be on their list for that day

Most times it doesn't work like that especially if the person is on appointment. Only if the person is also going for walk in.

If you want to get things done proper...I suggest you do it yourself

I have done that. The person that spoke with me said he can't advice anything thing now, unless the case worker attend to their file and see documents that are missing. And there are times where they will request for extra supporting documents.

Please I have a few pressing questions to ask.
I was offered an admission at Teesside University for September intake but the offer came on July 20.

1. Is it too late to start the process considering the 28days of account maturity before CAS and subsequently student visa application?

2. Can I apply for a deferral to January even though I have already accepted the offer?

3. If my deferral request is granted when is the appropriate time to start the process?

4. Must the POF be in my account for a period of 28days before I can apply for CAS? I already have the money in my account.

I don't know about you but the tls officer that attended to me refused to tell me documents I should upload cos he said they are not allowed to comment on that. I just gave him all the documents I had and he scanned them like that.

His or her first year balance of tuition fee except is one year program + maintenance..

I suspect the issue here is that your Wife didn't have a printed copy of these documents,

I don't think TLS can upload documents from your Email or a Flash Drive,

You have to print them for scanning.

She should have been advised to print them.

Your wife ought to have gone to the TLS center with printed copies of her supporting documents not in her email as these guys are not allowed to upload documents from emails.

They do not even scan a laminated document or past visa stamps on your passport.you have to go with photocopies of your documents if it is laminated or maybe previous visa stamps.
The TLS guys are not allowed to comment on your supporting documents.
The TLS person most probably only uploaded the documents she had at hand.
Your wife didn’t go there prepared.
That been said like someone suggested send a paid mail to have it on record.
Plus I have also read on here where UKVI emails an applicant to send missing documents hoping this would be her case.

It’s basically fingers crossed and prayers at this stage.
