Please, my Port Harcourt brothers and sisters, how is your DIY journey going. These officers at Port Harcourt office are just demonic agents. Submitted file since on 18 June but haven't heard anything up till now. No call for capture not to talk of passport printing.

What is the way forward?

did my capturing on 6th July and am seeing 8th September too...and I need to leave the country soon ...it's over 6weeks...I guess I will go there on 24th august on the 7th week

Okay so I finally went to ikoyi command yesterday to check if my passport was ready....and I was told they haven't finished processing for June...I think say nah whining and I hung around to speak to a higher ranked officer...but was same thing o....hoping to check again in two weeks....captured on the 10th of June tho....omo ikoyi command is slow o

I submitted my document at Alausa since 16th of July and was told during the briefing that in 3 working days from date of submission, an SMS will be sent out for capturing

People of God!! From 16th till now, I never see message. Now, my question is : can I go in there on any chosen day of my choice to do my capturing?
Has anyone experienced such?

I did my capturing on June 13th and was asked to come collect it on August 23rd
Please does it usually take this long?
I thought they said its 6 weeks for processing?
I missed a job opportunity for Poland because my International Passport wasn't ready for processing of my Visa.
I started talking to another employer in the USA today and I dont want International Passport to be a stumbling block again.
I want to desperately leave Zoogeria bikonu.
Should I just go to Alausa with my collection slip next week to know if its ready even though its stated on it that it would be ready on the 23rd of August??

It should be ready long time ago. Don't bother waiting for any sms. My slip stated August 30 but I have collected my passport to the glory of God.
Just go there and drop your slip in the collection box.

Better go and check ur self.
Ur passport should be ready by now.

Its even more than the stipulated 6weeks
I knew someone that the passport didn't Even take up to 6 weeks to be ready .
But na festac command not ikoyi.
All the same go and check it might be ready..

there's a passport / immigration office at Jos. You don't need to travel all the way to Abuja just cos of that.

I've been there, the name of the area in Jos is what I can't remember now.

The agent My friend used to fill her application form online made a mistake in her marital status(Single) instead of married. And her State of Origin and local government.
Does it matter?
Can it be changed?
What can she do about this.
Its a fresh passport application.
