In this case, it was abba kyari that did the real damage. If fact he actually defrauded the qatari business man.

He arrested chibuzo, refused him bail, kept him incommunicado,until he was ensured that the deal was completed.

This prevented chibuzo from informing the victim of husspuppis fraudulent scheme.

At the end kyari collected his part of the proceed of the fraud and also that of his boy, who effected chibuzos arrest.
