Never give anyone money to help you buy any property they have not finished building, most of these companies started with good intention but imagine a pack of 4 x 4 tiles jumping from 2300 to 5500 naira overnight

Most run into difficulties just before they finish building so they have no option that to start running as Ponzi schemes or better still ask you to bring another person in
