My age on our marriage certificate is different from my age on my passport, can I do affidavit to support our marriage certificate as a dependant or what do I need to do? Going to correct it in Ikoyi might be very difficult because I need to get a letter from the church where we wed and that means we have to go through lots of process to get that.

Please how do I do this...

My school rep advised us to apply even though our documents were not ready in order to get a closer date for biometrics BUT DO NOT upload any document! Choose a biometrics date that would be a day after all your documents are ready. When you get all your documents, you can go ahead and upload and then proceed for your biometrics the next day.
A lot of us on the group did it and have received visas. I’m still awaiting mine.

Like I and others have said what matters is that you have the required funds as a lump for 28 consecutive days, transaction history whatever applies to other visas, a student visa is point-based.

Of cos they refuse for many reasons....the main thing is have the required amount in your account and let your documents be genuine and fill correctly.

For context, you cant get PTA for your travel if you buy a one way ticket.You and your partner can access 8000 pounds at CBN rate, that being said you also have justification to buy one way if you choose to, you program allows you work for two years after study and technically you cant get any return ticket for that duration(3 years). ponder on your options

My application is 17 working days(standard) I sent a paid mail yesterday and they responded today that a decision has been made and that VAC should contact me. On VAC tracking app it shows it’s still at DMC.

The next step is pof and Tb test. And gathering your documents.

Just be patient. If you put the money in today,by early September, the 28 days will be done and you can apply using priority. Just ensure you do the Tb tests before it elapses and do walk in if you don't get close date.

Don't rush and use investment certificate because you are in a hurry.

I think it's much easier with access and gtbank....first bank and Co.....if their wahala start no be here ...try using it between 4:00am and 6:00am...
