Good day fellow Nairalanders/. Please, I need urgent help to effectively stop these tiny bumps on my back head from spreading. i have tried a couple of treatments without any tangible improvement. Your kind recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

go and buy damatol. rub morning and evening, before one week it will clear off.

I don't think its what u bought. Upload d pic let me c. u will delete when I have seen it. I recommended to many others and it worked for them.

let's talk about the preocedure. do i need to cut the bumps before applying it or what?

just rub morning and night daily. if it is big, just give it a little pinch or cut at the tip, then continue ur rubbing, it will go down gradually until it disappears. if it is big, it may take up to 2-3 weeks but if small it won't exceed 2-4 days before it is gone. if it is small u don't need to pinch it open, just rub only.

This bumps u don't need to let it grow before u start fighting it...u need to kill it immediately with damatol or other treatment when its still small, when it grows big, it becomes a little difficult to go off.
