yanabasee1: Thats to show the kind of docile leaders we have. Since there is rumour that the army have orders not to defend the people, what those traditional leaders ought to do is to start mobilizing the youths for self defense. 1 Like |

Coldsperm: Am not really a fan of ESN, esp when they turned to UGM. But one thing am foreseeing is that if the fights eventually escalate, at least we have ESN to be like a form of defense before other youths and arms can be mobilized. 1 Like |

FarahAideed: He wasnt exaggerating. These guys have a very strong force. Jokes apart, if all the different bandits group decide to come together and attack the state capital, they can wreck serious havoc in just one day and I can comfidently say that all the security forces we have in Zamfara cant stop them. 1 Like |

AltarBoy1:Like I told you, threatened. To fight a system more powerful than you is not an easy feat, especially when you consider you’ll likely fail without making a scratch. There may be people willing to fight, but since they can’t fight alone you don’t know who to trust. Someone needs to take an initiative so other willing parties can rally to the cause, and the gods help you the willing parties are large enough. otherwise you’ll be dealt so harshly with that it’ll kill other’s resolve for years. So it’s easier to be quiet and get paid for your silence than get wasted for “nothing “ |

Firstly we give thanks that you and your friends got back safe and sound. It truly amazes me how some Nigerians think and reason. How can anyone in this country not know that the govt at both state and federal level are hands and glove in co-operation with the so called bandits. The 'bandits' are basically a fulani militia. They are the armed wing of the Fulani nationalists who currently rule Nigeria. Their ultimate aim is the total domination of the the land mass called Nigeria. To finish the jihad began by Dan Fodio. Those who have ears let them hear. 2023 you will see the just how ruthless these people are. |

AuroraB:Me sef I see his journey to Sokoto as a risky journey. I leave in the north too and I have made it as a policy of not traveling out side the state for any ceremonial reason. If you in invite for an occasion, the only thing I will do is to send money to you and wish you well. Whenever I want to travel to see my people, I gather money bad enter flight. The risk on our road is too much. Bad roads plus insecurity. |

Honestly, hearing stories of insurgencies here and there should bother the people at the helms of affairs. But No! They all kept mum! A roundtable, non partisan meeting should be held with political, religious and traditional leaders in attendance to discuss the practical solution to end insecurity. May we not witness a replica of Afghanistan or Libya. |
