This is a very important question... Especially when one has been into business during one's entire study gap... What will one do in this case?..
Who would write a reference for one in this category?
How would one detail one's CV in this case?
Majority of SME owners in Nigeria are surprisingly not even registered with CAC...

It's going to be really tricky for business persons

Also valid. Whatever plans you've got, make sure it's linked with whatever course you are planning to study and the return on investment is worth it

It will surely END IN PRAISE!!! In Jesus Name - AMEN!!!

I can't wait to hear their excuse for this huge error!!!

Tolvin:
Update - I just finished making a paid call to UKVI and the agent I spoke to collected my visa application and contact details. She was really surprised as she said she had not witnessed this before.
She said that she saw that a decision was made on the 2nd of August but she is unable to view the decision as it's 'private'. She told me that I should expect a feedback within the next 15 working days (ideally, she said it should come before then). I believe that it will end in praise!!!

Oga most schools dont reveal payment plans, if you know just talk. if you cant then skip, must you comment?

Callmed:
Research please. The way you researched and know about Glasgow payment plans, do same for other schools.

Lol, thanks dumebi I will tell her to google roles related to her course and the average salary, makes sense to me. But then we were also worried that if she gave them salaries in pounds like working in UK.. They may say this babe no wan go back..will that affect her chances. Or she should state the amount in naira?

Pounds keh? State it naira, the idea is that the degree will beneficial when she returns to her country

Hi,

Think you should stick with documents already submitted. As much as I do not think the school sends any admission documents, just the CAS, its best to err on the side of caution (and truth)

Thanks for the kind words. Great week ahead.

Proppie:
Whenever you say things, I take a pen and jot down... I'm glad you're here, honestly...

Please, do you think it is OK if the CV you're attaching is slightly edited, with little additions and subtractions, compared to the one you submitted to the school for conditional offer?...
Also, Will the school be sending the documents you used to support your application for admission to UKVi?

I swear this is the ultimate...

If it was possible that any question a prospective student is asked, the student could just say, "I know why you're asking me this question Sir, don't worry I'm coming back home" grin grin grin

Which school? Almost every school I researched when I was applying for admission had their payment plan in their financial section.

She can quote the average salaries in Nigeria on payscale. as per where to work? She can research Nigeria companies where she can work with the degree and the expected roles the masters will qualify her for.
K4daniel:

Please for those who have answered interview before, I am asking for a friend that has interview tommorow, and the question is if you were asked how much will you like to earn after your masters? Also where will you like to work? I need to give her the answer pls. I actually don't know much about interviews both my school and ukvi didn't do any interview for me.Thanks guys.

It's not entirely because of long study gap, mine was 10years and I have my visa, I know a may intake with 23years and she's already in Salford University. The reasons for interviews are best known to them but I believe career progression is key. Getting interviewed could be because the country is opening up and covid is no longer a threat
kayalade123:

UKVI has your certificates and a gap of over 15 years of course would raise an eyebrow. Compared to some one who graduated in 2020 and wants to go for his or her masters.

Nothing to worry about in Abuja. Just be there by 7am within one hour they will call you in.
They need your 42k. No much crowd compare to Ikeja and VI.

According to reports from friends already in the UK, they were sent the covid kits and had to follow written instructions to do the swabs themselves, they posted the kit back after the tests.
