For the bolded, if his business account have more than the required amount for your stay in Canada, then that should be enough..

But make sure you submit his other official documents I mentioned in my previous response to your previous post because you have an upper hand having a government worker as a sponsor..

Peace

Yes, definitely, i have them already.

I was thinking before since he didn't register his cocoa/poultry occupation, hope the VO won't say a whole government worker couldn't register?
We didn't want to register this year cos we see they might not believe us as it's late, that's why we wanted to submit just receipts, invoices, pictures and his banks statement indicating payments/transfer of wholesale exchanges.

We didn't register cos Farming is an informal occupation now, na cocoa now, anyone can do it especially the elderly ones.
I already started it in my SOP(4 pgs) that Farming is an informal occupation therefore we provided those docs above... to prove the existence

My mom also has a trading store with proves of how she pays money to internal revenue yearly and taxes and to L.G for many years now.
Thinking of adding that to my SOP, just to show other assets, hope is okay?

Some MP’s have stopped making enquiries on behalf of applicants due to volume.
There was a time Jack Harris’ office helped me to inquire about my application around mid June.
I guessed his office has stopped doing so.

You can reach out to other MP’s maybe you’ll get a positive response
Thank you. Other MP's outside of the region my school is located? Cos I restricted it to the city of my school

that's the day they will work on the file. There is two possibilities that day, either Decision or Request for further documents. If there is every documents available, Decision will be taken, I am talking about my own Application o. Usually, Bring Forward date is usually assigned to Application when something like Info or documents are needed. On that Bring forward date, if the information/documents is available, then next stage will begin. There could be many bring forward date on a single application Depending on what is being done. My application was already on Eligibility Review before but I mistakenly sent another replacement documents. So, the documents were reviewed and a Bring Forward date was placed on the application. Why I said that Decision may come that day, is that IRCC noted in their letter that they have got all documents and information they need on my application.

I’d don’t blend maggi or any type of indomie.
They don’t check for the brand or if it’s blended
I carried milo and milk tho.

This particular guy, Jack Harris of Saint John's East, Newfoundland and Labrador is about to retire from federal politics. I sent him an email sometime ago and he gave me detailed feedback from IRCC, albeit after saying he doesn't really look into outland applications. I follow CBC.ca/NL live news on YouTube every working day. It airs at around 10pm our time, so I know a lot of local occurrences there. I'd advise you take to up with immigration minister.

It'd end in praise.

I sent a mail to the MP and this was the response:

Thanks for your correspondence to Mr. Harris’ office.

We are unable to send enquiries on overseas application due to volume. We have asked Nairobi VAC to generally proceed with these applications.

Hopefully yours and other applications will be processed soon and we will be happy to help when you arrive in Canada should you need anything. I recommend that you get in touch with your educational institution to let them know that you have not received a response yet.

Quick background: I’m 29, studied Elect Engineering, worked in the bank for 4 years now.
Got admission to study a Marketing related course in a college, expected to resume in January.
Sponsor is my bro in law ( my sisters husband)

Been trying to write my SOP and I just can’t seem to know how to go about it.
I’ll really appreciate any tips as to how to do it and documents I should submit for my application as well.
Thank you so much in advance

Check the school web if you can get a number you can call & explain. Especially the admission office. There is always a way.

For some schools, it takes about 2 days to revert back to students.

Raise Webform. (Nairobi webform has started working)
Send emails to both an MP and Nairobi.

Nothing can be done aside from these.

All the best.
