You are correct though that medical care is not free in the Fruited Plains but no one that is sick all over America will be turned down if he or she needs medical help. Even uninsured undocumented immigrants will not be turned down when medical help is needed. That's why you see all those undocumented immigrants coming in through the border gets sick or wants to have their babies goes to the hospital and they will be treated and Medicaid which is Federal Government funded and directed by the States will take care of the Medical costs.

I read somewhere that Texas are trying hard to bring in travel nurses from other states to help. Travel nurses could make upwards of $100 an hour. 10 hours shift and 5 shifts per week. Guess why, they probably were vaccinated already but they are telling their death squads not to get the vaccines and in Florida, Gov DeSatan is even telling little kindergarten children and Grammar school children not to use face masks. almost died of coronavirus if not the special medical care that was given to him and guess what, he was the first person to take the vaccines and kept quiet about it. Why didn't he use his bully pulpit to inform all Americans then to take the shots to save their lives. I lost two colleagues of mine in the office and 5 other African American friends last year due to covid.
